Kiriinya & Achieng’ Advocates (KAA) is a Kenyan real estate and corporate commercial law firm founded by Paul Kiriinya Gituma and Maureen Achieng’ Owuor. KAA has grown to include a close-knit team of over 12 lawyers and assistants and developed specialization in commercial real estate, banking and finance, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, insolvency and restructuring and dispute resolution.
